Hello. I’m Janelle Fontaine. As a massage therapist I had been working with postpartum mothers and I noticed a pattern. Many of my c-section mamas were coming in to see me with so many questions about their healing! Throughout our time together I was able to support them in their c-section recovery but I soon realised that wasn’t enough! I wanted them to have these resources at their fingertips. I wanted to reach more mothers than I was seeing in my treatment room. So I created The Cesarean Recovery Guide.
